So I think Spring is here to stay (at last!) and I am excited due to all the wonderful food spring has to offer. I like to cook healthy, homemade meals. I like all kinds of foods, from the simple and humble (beans and rice) to the rich and complicated (Kobe beef, shaved truffles) OK, I have never had Kobe beef, not even in school, but I guarantee I would love it! Anyway, so spring is here and so is all the wonderful food it has to offer, but that isnt the main reason I am excited. Nope, it is because I get to uncover my GRILL!! I am a grilling fiend and I will be grilling all these wonderful spring items right in my own back yard...I love spring
