Gluten Free Peanut Butter Crunchers

My husband has an obsession for peanut butter and chocolate, who can blame him? So when he wants something that will satisfy this craving, this recipe is the one I go to every time. It has everything; chocolate, peanut butter, crunch, creamy, it's just good! Best part of it, its easy and fast! My only advice for these bad boys is to eat them the day you make them, the rice crispies tend to lose their crunch and don't taste great the next day.Good news is that they are super fast so its something that is easily made the day of. And of course kids go crazy over them!

Crunchy Peanut Butter Bars
1 cup butter, melted
3 cups rice crispy cereal
2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup ceamy peanut butter
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tbsp. peanut butter

Mix first 4 ingredients together, transfer to a 9x13 cake pan, place in the freezer for 5-10 minutes. Melt chocolate and peanut butter over a double broiler or heat in the microwave until melted and smooth, spread over the crispy crust. Refrigerate for at least half an hour to an hour before cutting them into squares. If you can wait that long....
*you could also use half graham crackers and halp rice crispies but that makes it gluten, still great tho.
