One of the best banana breads

I have a weakness for banana and pumpkin breads. So I have tried alot of recipes. I like this one because the bananas are really mashed, I don't like biting into chunks of brownish bananas. And for some reason it doesn't have those little black specks going thru it, I know it doesn't taste any different, but it looks pretty.

My favorite banana bread (so far)

Recipe makes 1 9x5 inch loaf, grease it first!
Pre-heat oven to 325

1 taplespoon apple cider vinegar, pour this into a
1/3 cup and fill it to the top with whole milk (this will turn into buttermilk)
1 1/2 bananas, smash into a medium size bowl. I smash mine until there are no lumps, like a puree.
1/2 cup butter, melted, add to bananas then add:
2 eggs
pour buttermilk into bowl and mix really well.

Sift over a mixer bowl:
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

Optional:
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Add banana mixture to flour, mix on low speed just until incorporated, scraping down sides of bowl once

Then add walnuts and chocolate chips and mix (optional)

Pour into loaf pan

Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

So make it and tell me what YOU think!
